Cheryl is the co-owner of RE/MAX Properties and plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the brokerage. She oversees all administrative processes, reviews more than 400 files annually, ensures every agent is paid accurately and on time, manages corporate compliance, and keeps the entire office running smoothly and efficiently.

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, Cheryl’s attention to detail and strong organizational skills ensure that every transaction progresses seamlessly from start to finish. She also serves as the primary point of contact for the majority of the team’s buyers. From the initial search and property tours to contract negotiations, escrow, closing, and beyond, Cheryl is dedicated to making the home-buying process as smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible. Cheryl and Kayla Rogers are the first set of eyes on every contract that comes in. They review offers, discuss terms and pricing strategies with clients, outline available options, and prepare counteroffers and addendums. They also coordinate home inspections, repairs, appraisals, lender communication, and every step required to ensure a successful escrow and closing.
